I think you need to define the strands in the eyelash a bit more. Right now, the lashes blend into the eyelid if you see what I mean. Also the tears look a bit too solid, like fluffy clouds =) But the ... |

It looks great! I think what you need to do with the shoulder thing is add some more reflection.. right now it looks a bit flat. Other than that, all you need is general refinement I think..
