Thats a much better pose for it, but now it looks more like its 30-40 fett tall standing straight up, make the human larger, maybe half the size of the orc and it will look more like 12-14 feet.

I think the characters are now somewhat lost in the business of the background, maybe bring them forward more???

Maybe a more exxagerated camera angle would fix the stair problem?
