It seems like the hair illuminates itself (glowing), but it doesn't illuminate the skin. If it it just the color of hair, it seems like it should be darker in some areas. Does that make sense? |

I know that it's tough at first, but try to avoid using perfect side views, especially on multiple characters. I think a 3/4 view with the bird's tail closest to the viewer might look really good. |

Your linework is good, but really messy. Trying making your art at quadruple the size if your system can handle it. When you scale it down, it won't be nearly as obvious. |

Yes, but there is a pen beneath it which means that the disk is at an angle on the desk and should be skewed slightly. |
