From the perspective of a profeional like Craig you have done some seriously bad stuff.

From the perspective of the people whom you worked with, and stole income from, you are worse off. they are seriously pissed off.

From the perspective of a person who has been working full out for years trying to get better. someone who maybe applied for the same job and got beaten down by "your" quality of work. you are the scum of the earth.


Maybe if you took note of what Liquid said and did that for a sizable ammount of time, then...maybe...just maybe.

the kind of thing you did hurts just about everyone in the art community. from a cool calm outlook you should probably be given some slack if you followed the rules of forgiveness. but you have shown yourself to be untrustworthy and manipulative. From a logical stand-point I would be inclined to distrust any word that comes from your mouth.
add to that all the heat and emotion involved, and you are pretty much wasting your time.

Gabe, you have done some horrible things -- in fact, I even detest you for those things. I doubt anyone in this forum will forgive you. People like you amaze me. Have you ever stopped to think what your actions have done to hurt those involved? Have you ever even stopped to think about the consequences? Have you even tried putting yourself in others' shoes asking "what would I feel if this would have been done to me?" Judging from your past actions, I doubt you have.

You have repeatedly committed treason and wrongdoing, and redundantly apologized with the hope that people will forget what you've done. To me, those are the actions of a twisted two year old child after he set fire to his home on purpose. I hope that you are satisfied with the destruction you have caused. Physical debris does not have to be strewn about for destruction to have occurred.

I really would like to believe that you have changed, but unfortunately, from my experience I am aware that the possibilities of that happening are nill. Don't waste your time trying to win back the people that you have hurt. You have a "I-am-God's-gift-to-the-world-and-nothing-I-do-won't-matter" complex. Trust me -- that attitude will not win you friends.

Gabe I tell you bud, I don't think you have much of a chance. I was a mere fly on the wall when Craig posted you're web site and your former employer came to the forum and went ballistic over what you had done. I must admit that even I who is not an artist, don't receive money from any services can clearly see that you took food out of the mouths of children. You stole a job from someone else and you used someone's hard work and passed it off as your own. You did all of this with not only the hope to land a job but with GREED in mind that the job could pay you more than the average artist. Let's face it Craig's quality of work gets him a good bit more money than my quality of work could. So, GREED I believe was you're prime motivator. Unfortunaley, it is my belief that greed is the worst trait in man...Sorry.

Also, I don't believe you are sorry for doing it. I believe that you are sorry for being caught, that's for sure. You and everyone else would need to ask this question. If you hadn't been caught would you still be doing this. YES, you would. I ask the people that work for me that kind of question when they have done something they should not have and the answer is always the same.

There are more forums out there and I think you would be better served by finding them. Even if Craig forgave you, look at all of the people here who would not respond to your artwork at all. No response means that you get no help with your work so therefore defeating the purpose for being here.

Some other comments:

g:tech- AlisMoze is right he did get a second chance and squandered it with a lie about practicing signatures to protect the art from theft...Or something like that.

Liquid!- awesome, I would have had to look up how to spell plagiarizing you rule. Sorry I had to inject a little humor. But, you're right and I don't think all 3 exist here.

it's too easy and all things are already
said by other people before, so i'll just
comment your new 'design style' picture.

It's not that special yet.. Dark colors mixed
with blue tints don't really form a good
combination. Be easy on the noise and filter
stuff, cuz the dark grainy areas look bad now
(i guess you're trying to go for the blurry
look). Maybe if you add some more elements,
less cyber driven typography and enhance the
overal composition.. you can improve the
visual impact. Too be honest, it's a bit of
a mess now
Go look at the techniques used by e.g print
designers and learn from them, but do NOT
try to copy their style!

You guys are by and large wasting far too much energy on this fella. I suppose everyone wants that one shot of snarling and saying "I've got my eye on you, chump!" Fair enough I guess. It is pretty much out of our hands though. Since he has ceased and desisted the issue is just between him and his former employers. He also appears to be throwing himself on the mercy of the "court" (ie: us) so he's at least aware of what has transpired and how it is viewed. So, the sword of Damocles is in place, his brief free ride in graphics is over, lets just let the sword hang there and see if he makes it fall.

(I still can't get over their being graphics employers in the US who don't recognise the work of CM on sight)

it could almost border on believable if it wasnt for the terrible quality picture of the 'director' as a shaven headed 16yr old. (yeah yeah, i probably got the age wrong but thats what it looks like)

i certainly wouldnt be willing to throw my hard-earned cash at a 'company' like that.
