Finally, someone else sees the eyebrows.

The artist is Robert Hunter. His site seems a little slow. He only has a few pics up. I like most of his linework. http://redrival.com/robsdraw/

hmm... it is perhaps personal, but I like the ink version better.
I think the color of the legs and boots could be blended more (like her shirt).

No one else is mentioning it...

When you edited the inked version I think you made a mistake with the jewel. Forgot to make a layer visible or something. Unless its supposed to look like that?

Yeah.. I thought about it, but I decided not to touch it since Serge filled it in. Like I said though... I liked the pencil version better. I'm not happy with this pic anymore. I see alot of mistakes.

Thought you guys might like to see a different version. This one is by Jennifer Chan. She is a colorist for Dreamwave Productions. (same company as Vo). She worked on the comic Dark Minds Vol. 2. Anyways, I'm trying to get her to show up at this forum.

Her homepage is: http://www.skratch-pad.com/

Lines work best in the last one IMO, still I like the first best. Good work!

I like Jennifer's take on the image best. I enjoy her muted but well defined colours. Her line work also has wonderful weighting, wheras in the other two the lines are of a fairly constant weight. They're all quite nice, though.

hehehe... thanks kids, and yes, it's the exact same line work. This one has the inks on it. there's a second version with only the pencils here:

I consider this one the more final version, as I've fixed some shadow anomolies and whatnot. I can always post a version wi th the inks, but I've been lazy. ^^

Jen: Yeah I like the pencils much better in my opinion. I like the cast shadows you used.

Heh, guess it is the same linework. My mistake. In that case, then, I think Jen's colouring supports the line better.

Nice pic, regardless.
