After seeing a couple people try out coloring on joe mad pencils I decided to try something different and give it a bit more of a painterly feel, though still in the comic style. I gave up not even half way through because I'd rather work on my own stuff but I thought I'd post the result. You can clearly see the parts that haven't even been touched yet but it gives the general idea where it was heading. again the pencils are mads (penciler for battlechasers)

Looks great, its rare to see such a realistic painting style on comic pencils.. Looks great though..
I really like the look you gave Snake.. the 5 o'clock shadow is really cool.. I would like to see a lot more of your art.. |

wow, this forum is crazy busy, I go to grab some food and my post is damn near the bottom. I guess the only advantage to that is that the new posts are usually filled with great art.
I'll try to post some more of my art but most of it lately has been for work and is still secret "oooooooo" and I'm under nda.
I might get back into it and finish it one weekend who knows, lol would be nice to get a reply from Mads |

thanks guys, maybe I will put in the time and finish it, though more than likely it will have to be after the holidays as this week's going to be busy enough as it is. |
