i've posted a while on a messageboard were pictures as signatures was allowed. The whole board was messed-up.
My opinion is just have some cool textunder your post and that's it. If you add pictures to your sig the whole page is messed-up

| we display a giant load of images already, which this board is basically all about, so why have signature images as well? useless... |

Image sigs are cumbersome and they take up so much time to load... even if they are all 15 k.. you get 50 of them in a thread and the thread takes considerably longer.
If we absolutely must have them, then make it so that they cant be any bigger than 150 x 50 px and 10k... or something.. that way they are not bigger and "louder" than the image that the thread is about. |

Signature pics are a good idea and everybody should be encouraged to attach a little picture to his post for the sake of common joy.

I've been PMing people who have started using image sigs asking them to remove the image. At this point they're NOT for Sijun, just because they make a mess of every other forum.
