Hey guys,
Anyone happen to know where there is a community or a forum where mod'ers and or indi game develpoers are looking for artists to help develop games?
I got some free time coming up and wouldn't mind jumping on a serious game development mod team (with some experience).
Thanks

Check map-center.coms forums too... lots of mod folks come in and out looking for talent. _________________ My Art.

you might wanna check out http://www.gamedev.net, youll have to dig through a LOT of kiddie stuff though to find a good team.. other than that, perhaps flipcode ..
as for modders, you might have luck going to the respective big site (planetquake, planethalflife, planetunreal, etc.) and searching individual mods for positions.. |

A mod team I used to be on (artemissoftware.com) is always looking for new talent too. I believe they are working on a really neat project right now as well. Send the lead gal an e-mail and drop my name if you're interested. _________________ My Art.

I've had som experience with indidev in my days (worked with Trixoft and more)...
My best bets would probably be gamedev.net, http://www.garagegames.com/, possibly flipcode.com as well...
A general tip is to check programmer communities, you might find forums on such sites where they discuss how and when to find artists |
