thanks eyewoo.
although i'd rather see my work slowly turn a little away from the rough cuts, but we'll see about that.
i like the bunnies posted above, esp. the white one. and that pic does remind me a bit f hpx stuff.
haven't felt very inspired in the last couple of days, let's see if things get better over the weekend.
good painting everyone. _________________ Gecko

I'm tired, it's late, I've been on the most awful date, I've spent alot of money and now I'm miserable.
Oh, it's a Commissar.

Thanxs coldolfkodiak and Gecko
it is a honour to have this comment from you Gecko, espeically when i did draw those bunnies thinking about your exquisite animals ... i always loves the animals you draw and all the colors you put into them ... i think some of the saturated tones in my bunnies are a direct inspiration from your paintings. |

Did this for the Terminator thread on Conceptart.org but was way too late with it.
Took 45 min. to an hour in Painter 7.

One speedpainting a day keeps the rain away.
Thou I had juicy problems with the grass on this one.

haven't tried acrylics for 6 years now. Strange how the new medium first shows itself in the drawing, you can't control the medium, you can't control the drawing. I probably could have gotten it closer to right with something other than the amazing plastic paint.

Wow, I love your last one! So great use of color. Do you have a model for these portraits or do you use some photo reference or what? I really like the acrylics myself because of their fast drying and the possibility to do both type of things you do with oils or with water color. |
