The stuff that has helped me the most are:

1) jack hamm book
2) Loomis books
3) Self Portraits from a mirror
4) Drawing stuff in a park
5) Looking/Studying the lines and shapes made by my favorite artists
6) A load of practice, daily practice..
7) Patience
Cool Realizing that one can never learn all there is to it..

I'm not a super amazing artist.. but I know i'm improving Smile
