Hello,
I've done a little bunch of Black&White illustrations this year, for the RPG VAMPIRE:The Requiem, published by White Wolf .
It's all about contemporary vampires, dark and bloody stories

(done for the "Bloodlines, the Hidden", "Nomads", "Ordo Dracul", "Mind's Eye Theater" and "Ghouls" books) |

I'm sometimes using photographs refs (parts of background, basis for a character, some parts of clothes) but then I paint over them, trying to get away from the ref and making them mine. But I'm happy when parts painted from mind are looking the same way.
Thanks ! |

Oh Aleksi, I actually saw the images before reading the author, but I could tell these were from you.
Love the depth of field on the first picture - that chain in the foreground is wonderful. |
