Want to know what Windows Vista is going to be like?

No download required- just imagine a crappier, less stable version of MAC OS X... which has been on the market for years. Vista is a total rip off of OS X. It's really pathetic.

you mac drones are all the same... all emotion and no brain

i think vista's vector UI is going to be fucking sick. that is if you are capable of seeing deeper than a shiny blue button (read up on avalon)

p.s.
i work with macs a lot, i loved them since they switched to bsd, but they still crash just as much as pc despite what apple pr says. and pc is still more versitile...

I don't know what exactly you are all doing with your PCs and Macs, but working on both systems I can tell you that neither Mac nor PC crash when I'm operating them. So maybe it's just you silly hollow drills doing the wrong things.

My XP Pro machine has about a month of up-time right now. XP is every bit as solid as OSX at this point. The last time I saw a BSoD was in Win2k.

That said, there's nothing that excites me in Vista.

Actually, I guess some of the improved tablet functionality interests me, but my current tablet probably wouldn't fare too well under Vista.

Would be cool to finally be able to use TabletPC functionality on my desktop though.
