I have been asked to create an illustration that includes four chinese symbols for Fire, Ice, Thunder and Darkness.
I have searched high and low and have come up with no results.

Can someone point me to an online resource where I can find out what the characters for these words are?

Thanks!

Mmmh, I am probably a bit late, but just for future references, I wouldnt touch the auto translation thingie.
Bad idea.
You are better off using a proper online dictionary.
A web of dictionaries is a wonderful place to go to look for ANY language.
If there is a dictionary for it, they probably have it
The link Jucas gave it listed for instance, actually, it's my favourite you dont even need the language support as they have a version of the site that will show you Kanji in a graphic. Uber cool IMHO.

Sniper : mmmh, I guess you must know, but what's the correct Kanji then ?
I got this one 氷 (N131) and this one 冰 (N634)

From Rick Harbaugh's dictionary, the first character doesnt exist in Chinese.
The second would be the correct one, I guess ? It's formed on the symbol for water, and means literally "frozen water". correct ?
