I noticed that people posting downloads, hardly ever get thanked for their effort, so... here you go: Thank you (and the Art Institute of Seattle), we need more people like you...

what if u wanna draw em both and not just your non-drawing hand?
what if u want to draw them from a diff perspective other then first person
what if u wanted to draw hands interacting with objects that reqiure yout o hold something with both hands...
i can prolly fill this thread with 40 pages of reasons references for hands and feet are impprtant, not the least of which being MOST people avoid drawing hands cuz they're hard to draw...
when u draw hands, dont draw the fingers indiviudually, try drawing the planes, and group fingers together in vectors (where they are pointing) this will make blocking out the shapes easier and getting proportion right...block out the details of each finger shape last, remeber waht craig taught us all the other day...deatils suck to begin with..draw the dan shapes first, then detail it all out...
okay i have to start paying attemtion to my photoshop teacher now...lining up seperatly scanned images w000...like u have to teach that (boreing!) the man is pulling up 4 palettes and 15 diff mask modes when i could just plop down 2 guides and be done with it, photographers have to be so damn technical dont they. |

Why would you need reference pics of hands and feet? They come with your body. |
