Looking for a few suggestions or comments on this. It's still pretty early on with this one but comments are welcome. The Chinese characters are basically just a calendar....kinda boring but oh well.
This first one is my initial sketch
This is the painting as it sits now. Obviously, still lots to do.

Very nice so far cruiserhead.
I really like the choice of colors you used here. Nice painterly effect.
Only crit, if you can even call it a crit, is that you have the boots defined nicely on the drawing, but the colored image is so dark at the bottom that you can't see below the knees. Maybe that is the direction you decided to take it in though. Either way...I like it. |

Hence, the reason I posted this in the WIP section. I plan on defining the form in the dark areas better as I progress. Thanks for the comment. There is still lots of detail the needs to go into this. Glad to hear you approve of the color scheme. |

Nice one, Cruiserhaed!
I have one thing to say though. Her breasts are positioned a little high, I think, a little 'teenage push-upped' Plus her right breast (our left) seems to be a little too much to the right, the middle of her bode. Especially concidering the position of her right arm. I'd say that the the breast muscle would pull the breast itself with it....Ok I'm rambling now...
Anyhoo, very nice, but ^^^^^

Nice, very nice. I like the facial expression in the drawing but it was lost in the painting and looks different. The breasts are wierd, didn't notice it a first but now i do. Like the detail in the sketch, try not to lose it as u continue with painting |

I agree about the legs and breasts... Her nose looks a tad bit odd, too.
I think I've seen this picture somewhere before... Do you have a web site? |
