I like the body, it looks cool, but it's hard to tell what's going on with his head, and the red thing seemingly coming out of his stomach. I assume it's his other arm, but it's just kinda hard to decipher at first glance. The colors/shading need a little work, too... Some of them seem strange or flat. Otherwise, it's a cool piece, though, I'd recommend adding a background of some sort... which you're probably doing anyway, since it's in progress, but oh well.
