linework is pretty tight, but the colors look like you had a 16 color palette

anatomy/plot: not so good (she looks like she "wants" to fall ahead...)
Linework: very good
coloring: not enough shading... and you should use duller colors in this case (because its a dark elf ) and/or just make her skin/clothes more "used".

thats some heavy cg there. The outline of the drawing is dull (can't really see the difference between the person the the clothes.) Other than that nice. I like the character and the dark look.
