I think I see some white pixel artifacts in the frames around the panels, me thinks you're using the lasso tool to isolate your coloring areas. Me thinks you should check out our tutorials:

Other than that, the guy's anatomy up top seems a bit whacky. His arm seems a bit short, and his hand looks a bit bloated and blurred. Probably due to your coloring technique. As well as making your line work more clear and clean, it's probably due to your technique.

I like the eye in the middle of the page.
