A nice piece with some great detailing on the sword. There's a few things that don't look quite right to me though, these being:

The background looks too blurred out to me and the sky almost looks as though it has been motion blurred. At the moment the green (forest?) area just looks like a mass of colour instead of creating the effect of trees.
I like the amazon alot but her elbow on the inside of her arm seems to stick out too much and the serpent's tounge doesn't look like it's coming out of it's mouth but is something separate instead.
