I like it, nice clean colors for easy printing. My only crit: what happened to the rest of the horses stick? _________________ Smokey, this is not 'Nam this is bowling. There are rules. |

I agree with Inspector Lee, I think the stick should appear behind the boy. Or if not, change the perspective of the stick, with the angle it is right now it looks as if the stick is 2-3 feet long, imho.
About the face, I agree with you, he has a somehow bitter expression. Maybe try with a photo where he's smiling? (and apply the way he smiles, I don't mean to change the whole painting).
Anyways, I think it looks very good and would fit nicely in a invitation. _________________ "Ever forward, my darling wind." -Master Yuppa

Nice improvement in the face. The softer, more delicate lines work much better since it's a childs face. _________________ Smokey, this is not 'Nam this is bowling. There are rules. |

Good improvements.
I still feel the face looks a bit bitter, though. _________________ "Ever forward, my darling wind." -Master Yuppa

well u cant really get a good face like what u have in mind without the adequate shades, u seem to be heading to use as little colours as possible, so u cant really bring out the features or hide features
btw, very nice _________________ Derelict Studios|Godwin's Space |
