First post -- a piece of work that came from a "draw what you'd rather draw when your not at work" work assignment . . . have always like the WW2 paintings of prop planes, fighters, bombers, etc. Started as a closeup of the canopy, but backed out (i.e. expanded the canvas) to fit in the entire plane and make a "scene" of it. More of a 2-3 hour sketch than anything. Painter7 with oil pastel, digital airbrush, scratchboard tool, square chalk and watercolor . . . . CPM

That's great - hey is this flipped from the original image? Wonder if you could add a bit of space to the bottom of the image...? _________________ Francis Tsai

very nice
i dont think u should show anymore of the bottom, it'll spoil the balance
btw, that front nozzle, i feel that the blue jet stream needs to be brighter(in the middle)? _________________ Derelict Studios|Godwin's Space |

Francis -- Thought about adding more to the bottom, but the close cropping seems to add to the 'tension' and gives the fighters above a little more presence?
Bob -- Not a hovercraft, but, as Francis noted, it is quite close to the ground. It's a 'future concept' plane
Godwin -- Yes, the 'afterburner' paint in the middle could have been better resolved. When I attempted different solutions, they always seemed to corrupt the integrity/visibility/structure of the craft, so I made this crude compromise . . . .
Uki, SupBen, Soak -- Thanks all _________________ C. P. Morrow
