I think this could be classified as some kind of art hehe, I've joined an online squadro for Il2 sturmovik, a WWII flight sim wich is very popular, I've made some wallpapers, tweaking screenshots of aircrafts (textures by me) to make them look like old photo's taken with old cameras. also "pawee" who's the squad leader has made some films of him and his buddy making some nice formation flying and aerobatic manuvres...
the site's: www.silvertriggers.tk
and this is my fave aircraft that I've chosen to fly (you can choose of like 85 aircrafts with their own flight characteristics)

Hehe, funky. How ever, I enjoyed your practice ones in the prop thread better. But still funky. The skins seems very nice, quite different from the standard ones out there.
So does that mean you only fly team vs. team?

i like the "white rose over stalingrad" movie. i d/l the demo of il2 once and its quite overwhelming since its pretty much a sim. kinda hard to fly with the mouse =)

I'm having trouble with the movies (getting only audio). Could be that I'm on on Mac OSX and can only get Windows Player 7.1 from the MS website.
Oh well, the music's nice. |

Did you have antialiasing turned up all the way when you took the source pictures? the geometric aliasing throws off the photorealism. Also the noise you added in the monotone pictures seems a little too high frequency. But the color conversion is great. |

I thought that was you, Flush!! I can't remember if it was in the Ubi Forums or perhaps online that I saw ST_FlushGarden and I wondered... "is that Flush from Sijun/ConceptArt?" Heh.... IL-2 is addictive isn't it? _________________ -blind |
