yea...same as them. I like the first, dont really like the second. Maybe if u make it so that u see the dragon's head coming up from the water, not going down. _________________ -Chase |

i dunno people. the first one is a nice concept and style of shading etc, although seems more like a starting point than anything else. i quite like the water effects you got into the second one, although again it feels like its only partially complete. try adding to them both maybe? _________________

I have to agree with everyone else. On the second one there is way too much white. It seems very abstract, and if that is what you are looking for, I coud suggest drawing it from the perspective of underneath the dragon [3/4 view], rather than from off to the side. That way you can make it interesting like have the arms "arch into" the composition, emphasising the claws!!
It all has to do with your 'action' there is too much in th upper right, and not enough anywhere else. Spread it out a bit. Make the viewers eyes stay around the image rather than leading off and to the upr right...

hey thx. ya i think i might color the first one but i would be experimenting lol. the second is actually unfinished you can tell cause his legs are partually tranparent but i will try to make it look nice if i can.
