I like it a lot.
Compositionally, perhaps it would have been better to have one of the snakes come into her space/level. At the moment they're all behind her so they feel more like background than part of the composition.

I agree with Sumaleth, compositionally it would also be nice to have one of the worm bodies in the immediate foreground. Composition feels a little claustrophobic. (Did I get that right?)
Her head feels slightly too large, but the face is rendered nicely as well as the specs on the worms, they lose contrast as they fade out in the distance nicely.
Overall great!

nice.
I realize what you were going for but IMO it could have used a bit more finishing in the lower part of her outfit.
but thats a minor crit.
