This one took a few days - time spent thinking about it, sketching, working on color and finalizing it...
Here's the sketch that kicked off the idea:

yes it is. i always find myself wishing I could *save* at a certain points of my sketches or undo something. its weird, it feels like the same synapse as the real action but of course i can't apply it to anything.

Actually, synesthesia is not meant to be at play here... or only acidentally if it is. The purpose is much simpler. This is a pre-reader, reader designed to simply build the bridge between sound and word. You can see the series so far at moowords.com.
