Nice Alien there!
Although the symmetry on the face seems a bit off (nose and left eye are too much to the right) although I don't know if our perception of anatomy will apply to this specific specimen of extraterrestrial life 
IMHO the troath is a bit too straight on one side too.. else : KEWL pic!
..like the ears and teeth very much

The Alien seems warped, and the thumb melts in with the rest of the body.
A good thing could to imagine the creatures skeleton inside.
Other vise it looks good.
