After being inspired by justin, joachim and micke i decided to do my own unusual type face thing. heh i dont think this deserves a topic of its own, but i didnt want to leech the other guys space

im happy the way this turned out actually, because it's the first color painting ive done.. the rest have been black and white

heh it's more for your all's general amusement, feel free to point anything out thats wrong though. you can put your own picture here if you dont want to make a new topic too

Your nose is a little to flat I belive. With that angle, you should prolly see the other nostrel a bit.

Also, the outside of nostrels(?)are generally higher than that middle divider inbetween your nostrels. Forget what that part is called... Ugg...

The brown wrinkles in the forehead are a bit to much. Maybe go with a more skintone color for them and carry them further to the other side. Do you really have that dark of wrinkles up there? With that painting style, I would leave those out personally. Unless of course they are that prominant on you.

Taking some more white in the bottom of your teeth to the left of you in the picture might help fill out that left side of your mouth. Or maybe the darkness from inside your mouth needs to be pushed to the left a bit more. Looks like your top row of teeth are forming into your upper lip.

Some little touch ups in my eyes, and it will be finished. Good stuff, post the touched up version when ya can.

Peace

Thanks JHof i did this in about an hour, hour and fifteen minutes or so which is really fast for me.. I'm at work right now, I plan on cleaning it up a little bit or maybe doing another one of these when i get home. It was really fun Doing this on the computer also inspired me to bust out my prismacolor markers (i bought a good 30 or 40 loosely last year) and color some of my ink sketches. If i turn out something good Ill put some of those up to I've been working in all black and white so long it's nice to add some color to things
