the detail is great on the grassed areas and the colour of the rock looks good. Small crit would be the composition on the left upper side of the picture and the similar tone of the sky and the mount ... |

As already stated, The tone and value in the second one is far superior to the first and works really well drawing the eye to the right places and composition is good too.
