great work,
but his eyes and nose seem a bit flat .. he doesn't seem to have any eyelashes and the socets are wrong, the eyebrow ring looks like it's glued there not pierced

currently it looks like a cross between a man and a lizard
if you are going more for the dinosaur look you might want to loose veins and give him a more scaly skin

I have pictures in my head not voices but pictures, but most of the times I try to make them in to something it fails (ok allways)
