Definitely the one on the right. The higher contrast between colors makes it more eye-catching... Stands out more..

I learned the hard way that even though it's SUCH a pain to "draw big," it does wonders for how it looks in the end. Starting with a bigger canvas and shrinking it once you're done can helps a ton..
