Its not only the one side of the head. The entire head is wrong. So if you want to get it right then u have to remake it.

You should get rid of the backlight/glow, it makes it look pastd into the pic.

Anyways its a cool and creepy pic.

Im not a master of coloring. but a have a few techniques that i use.

I mostly just use the paintbrush but sometimes the airbrush too.
I have opacity presure switched on, so i can control the "hardnes ...

There is alot of perspective errors on it, the caracters for ex and the wall.
When u look on the tunnel wall its a bit from the side, but the rest of the wall (outside) is straight.
