Try putting some highlights real close to the dark area's of the muscles. It would really bring out the muscle definition.

Also, u need a light source, try thinking where your lighting is coming from ...

I agree that her eyes are off. Try flipping it horizontally and seeing it from that perspective. It usually helps me correct the overal form of my artwork.
