umm I'd make alot of it less harsh in the shading/blending of colours...
in some parts, it may need to be blended better.
the clouds need to be blurred, the drag some atention ...

realy nice job ^^ (realy like the colour/shading/textures on it, the pose is pretty neet too... )
but there are a couple things I'd change or fix...
first off.. the headband looks like it was just p ...

I draw zombies.. sometimes (writing a story about them and planning on making a comic)

personaly I hate using the smudge tool...
I'd try making realy clean edges/lines with either the paint brush tool, or the air brush..(pretty much personal preference, pluss it depends on what you wan ...
