A lot of people in the forum use Geocities to post their pics. Their pages are free*, easy to set up and they allow you to hot link your graphics so they show up in the threads. (Some hosts block hot links to graphics because its causes a lot of extra activity on the server).

Once you have a page set up, all you have to do is post your thread with a UBB link to the graphic you want to display. If you're not sure how to write UBB code, just go to someone else's picture thread, hit the edit button and have a look at how he or she has written their links.

(*Watch out for Geocities, though. Like most free hosts, they have a clause in their agreement that they can help themselves to your stuff).:/
