Hey I've been working on this sketch lately and I'd like to know what do you guys think.
And I also need some help with his arm muscles and fist, rib bones(how to draw them), and there's also something wrong with the pectoralis(chest) muscle.
Oh and if you know any place to find human anatomy(muscles) please put the link here.
Cheers mates!

hey nt, nice start on the sketch. the first thing that i saw is that the guys abdomen muscles are a bit too high. they would end at hips, it'd also help you fix the pecs, since they're supposed to end a little below the deltoid ( the shoulder muscle atop the arm ). you also might want to make them a bit more squarish, instead of bringing it up so high.
a good thing to do is use google and just do a search for body building. you'll get alot of reference photos to look at and study.
anyways, i'm no pro myself, so feel free to ignore me. keep up the good work and post an update.

anime has a very distinct style, and all i really see in this pic is the hair. anime almost always exagerates noses, sholders, legs, etc. if your going for a more realistic style, dont pick anime. just study the basic human anatomy, ( i dont know of any online stuff) but if your taking bi 12 in school, just look thru the textbook. oh yeah, and unless u dont fully understand the human body, its hard to exagerate it. so dont go skipping steps |

the pectoralis is really short and high up. the abdominal muscles begin at the end of ur rib cage i believe, although im probably wrong. also, the way u drew his abs makes them look like armor rather than flesh... his hand is kinda small for the wrist, but that might just be me. lastly, his back is strangely shaped, usually ur back doesn't have a lump in the middle
the best advice is from the previous posts tho, look at urself in the mirror, look at pictures of body builders, etc. good job so far tho, i think that facial profile is very nice. i also like the hairstyle, its quite interesting. but its true that u must learn your anatomy!!
woot!
