Awhile back I read a post where someone asked about creating this type of image. I just got this e-mail at work, which deals with it so I figured I'll let anyone who is interested know about it. Don't worry, this isn't spam, I don't work for theses guys, and I'm not getting paid to post it, it's just some info I got that others may be interested in

This is the actual e-mail as I got it, don't really know how useful it is, but here goes:

Now you can produce (red/blue anaglyph) 3D Stereoscopic Images as easy as
1-2-3.

Whether it be for the web or print, big or small, this new and exciting
Adobe Photoshop plugin will have you producing 3D Stereoscopic images a
snap.

3D Anaglyph Designer - Mac or PC
Simply load a multi-layered file into Adobe Photoshop 5.0+, make a few
selections with the plugin sliders, press the "Make 3D" and in a few minutes
you can have a multi-layered anaglyph (red/blue glasses) image of your very
own. Take a peek at many examples produced by users of this software and I'm
sure you will agree that this is the hottest Adobe Photoshop plugin to come
down the pike in recent years.

Now you can produce red/blue anaglyph images similar to those shown in the
recent issues of Sports Illustrated, Guitar Magazine, Trucker Magazine,
Astromony and many more.
With over 15 million pairs of anaglyph glasses being distributed with these
few publications there is no need to be concerned about who has the
glasses... the question really is "who doesn't?".

When it comes to needing glasses for that special account... we can help you
there also.

3D Anaglyph Composer - Mac or PC
For those of you who already have, or know how to produce a stereoscopic
pair of images... you can now convert them into an anaglyph image in a
matter of minutes. Unlike other plugins of this type, you know you can trust
Adobe Photoshop to give you the best in color conversion, and it will handle
images up to 30,000 x 30,000 pixels in size. Whether you select "Full Color"
or "Monotone", you'll have a wonderful anaglyph image for web or print.

Actually if anyone is interested I have some Anaglyphic images done without any filters. I can post them somewhere if anyone wants to pull out those old red/blue 3d glasses.
