There ya go:
This should show your pic.
I like the linework, it's rad. But the coloring/shading doesn't work. Choose a virtual lightsource and shade from that. And don't use cloud filter for the BG.  |

AHHHH!!!!!
someone take his cloud filter away! he's abusing it!
just kidding
seriously, the concept is pretty good, but it it WAY to dark and the overuse of the cloud filter kills it.
you should work on establishing a light source and keep it consistant. you have shaded the figure, but it is really hard to tell where your light is coming from.
keep up the work.....it has potential....
and for god's sake, lay off the cloud filter

Don't use dodge/burn for shading and highlights much. It looks better to do shading by painting colors on there. |
