The highlights on the lips don't look right. the nose looks a lil flat, and the chin looks a lil too long.

work on those and continue to add paints.. and it should look real good.. make sure you post it, i wanna see how it looks when its done

still looks a little flat.. it needs more contrast in the shadows and highlights.
and more shadows in the hair.

the lips look kinda like they were pasted on cuz of the sharp outline, and like everyone else said, they look flat like shes pressing a sheet of glass against her face. think of the lips as a pair of cyliders (not exactly cylinders, but u know...) and how cylinders look when u have 2 together, how the light would hit each part that bumps out, etc

... it didn't make much sense but i hope it helps anyway.

Nice work, i really like the eye! The only problem i found with this pic is that her jaw line and ear is way too high, remmeber, her year should be from aprox her eye browse to her nose.
