Scoob: Ah yes, humanizing the character...I think I could probably add some more texture detail as ye mentioned, and yes I remember coloring the veins in the diffuse map but they're not showing up well...gotta tweak.

I definitely plan to work on his gums as well...his skin does have a bump besides wrinkles and veins, but it is subtle, how I like it.

Here's a Scooby Snack for ya! ArooooooOOOO!

Badoli: He could kill ya with a bite, or give the gentlest of kisses..he be an Orc and he be unpredictable Arrgghhh!

Halogenic: Thanks Halogenic! I hada couple other things I had to attend to (for my job search) but I really do want to improve the gums and teeth...make some chips in the teeth, gums that wrap better round the teeth, are more inflamed...all good suggestions!

MoleculeMan: Ha! Yes it is a bit scandalous...since I don't have any cloth collision here, I mad it small so there is less interference with him walking\running. I will have to morf target the loincloth to move it out of the way...or do vertex animation (ack!).

Relyc: Thanks Relyc! That's what I was shooting for! If you want to see what I did for War III, go to www.NukleoN.com and check the ART section, under 3D. Did modeling and a bit of texturing for the images on my site..yep and I've seen the trailer..I love it too. This model was done with Sub Division modeling..in MAX, box modeling with Meshsmooth.

Moonlite: Hi Moonlite...like lion fangs, they are not necessarily razor sharp, but the pounds per inch in an Orc bite easily rival or exceed that of your neighborhood pitbull...

Luke_de_Sade: Yep I totally agree with the gum thing..going to do it! Can't do hair well since I don't have a hair plug-in. and I don't really want him to be too hairy anyway...he's a young adult Orc. Thanks for the tip on the dark blood..I will make the gums reflect that...and the tusks could be better..going to add cracks and yellowing..good ideas. The loincloth is small more to be out of the way of the legs, and to make him appear more powerful...yep perhaps he should be on Wild On E! hehe. Thanks!

Nuke

Just glad my eyes do some good, since all my stuff has turned out like shite lately...

Anyway, chips in theeth, and imperfections. Sounds nice.

Also maybe the clothes/armor stuff should stick to the body a bit more?
but maybe you will do that later if youre planning on some pose or something..?

Are those claws on his knuckles?

Halogenic: Yep those be claws on the knuckles..now if I can just get some time after skinning and animating this OrcieMon I can revisit the teeth and gums, and maybe add some more small details to the armor.

Thanks!
