I'm making this for some ICQ-friend of mine. He'll reward me so, that he'll print this image on shirt and send it to me
So before I proceed to shading it better, I would appreciate if you notice some spot that sticks out, so that I can fix it in the sketch.

heheh, this is pretty cool...
couple of things offhand, though:
1. it looks like he's about to tip over to his right (our left)
2. his ear's a little big, and a bit too high
3. something about the face (i can't seem to isolate anything offhand, and my wacom's upstairs) makes it look somewhat concave, like someone rammed a bowling ball into his face
hope that helps somewhat... |

I agree with the above post by Mr. LoTeKK.
Also perhaps it would look better to highten the halo a bit. It looks like it's gonna fall down on his head. Perhaps he has just had his go at poopoo?
I like his potbelly and general bebyfat

Ok, did a quicky of the changes I would suggest (just my opinion though)
I took away a little shading from his left cheek because this may give the impression that he has a large impression there. I re-did the nose a little because light shining here would lose any hard or firm lines (see four edge rule in Pro, lion mane here, in WIP page one or two) I'm not really good at re-doing stuff so this is my first attempt, you might want to get a second opinion hehe.

nice.
The cloud he's sitting on looks very "heavy" The baby and the coud shouldn't have the same intensity of shading. The texture should also be different.
For example: If you do a cross-hatch shading on the baby, try something different on the cloud - make pencil strokes that curve accordingly to the shape you're shading. Check out a dollar bill for an example of this. |

Thank you very much people. I got just what I came here for. I think I try to apply everything you said to the picture.
And thank you Indian_Prophet for your efforts. I really can see the nose wasn't in place and lots of other faults too.
I'll be posting the updated version soon |
