Well, this is my first large-scale picture in color, ever, and here it is for you to criticize. I got my Wacom last week, and I am simply stunned how easy and fun it is to paint digitally! I have no experience with traditional coloring whatsoever but I'm eager to learn new techniques and improve my style.
Any feedback is appreciated, thanks. |

Veeeeeeeeeerrrrrry beautiful! I even like how the man is slightly hard to see. The light on him seems realistic. I let my imagination run and thought a big mountain could be blocking his light. So no problems in my book. Trees and mountains are sooper. For future pics, I'c consentrait on getting clouds to look even better. Check the 1000 paintings thred to see a nifty cloud.
Great work.

It's very nice, I like these kind of paintings a lot.
His left leg looks erased by the grass though and the dark gray clouds look unfinished. Other than that it's great. |
