Well I guess it has to be Fight Club, every time you watch it it's a little different, and it's easily the most original movie that raises a lot of questions.

hmm, just tried a few days ago to remember most of the movies i saw in the cinema, and i finally came up to more than 100... ...i'm 18 now, first time i went to the cinema was at the age of 10, so i went since 8 years on an average of 1 time per month to the cinema, cool, hehe =)

not really easy to say ONE favorite movie, but i will try it... *thinking*
nah, no way, you can't compare every movie with eachother i think my top5 favoriteS are

1.) memento (woooow, very discussible, yeah
2.) fight club (perfect story, perfect duo pitt-norton)
3.) devil's advocate (perfect duo pacino-reeves, perfect story)
4.) high fidelity (seen over and over again)
5.) lock, stock, and two smoking barrels (guy ritchie rulez)

Schindler's list, Saving Private Ryan, Emperror of the Sun, The Last Emperror, Starship Troopers, The Green mile, Shawshank Redemption

I know its a splurge of movies, but I think these are all deep movies (except Starship troopers), and all have a deeper meaning that people would understand if watched more than once. I like world war 2 movies especially, I dont know why im so interested in them, but Thin Red Line was really crappy for a war movie, i fell asleep during it, but its Vietnam War, so it doesnt count. I also rented a movie that was about Hitler from blockbuster, but it was the most boring video, it was some actor as hitler babbling on in what seemed to be an underground jail or cave or something, it was 3 hours long or so! i fell asleep during that one too. Dumb B movies....... wait..... starship troopers is one of em! wonder why I like it so much......

I would have to say "shawshank redemption" i absolutely love this movie, its so deep, so moving, etc ...

Crouching tiger, hidden dragon

Nightmare before christmas and sleepy hollow (Burton rocks yes)

12 monkeys

the talented mr Ripley

The wisdom of crocodiles (Jude law again, he is such a great actor)

Le fabuleux destin d'Amelie Poulain (last Jeunet's Movie)

Will Hunting (matt damon rocks too)

there is a lot of other movies i loved, but these one are really among my favorites I think.
