that ive seen. love the saturated, realistic
colours you use.

I like it. The whole picture has a very metallic look to it, even the sky and the snow. It makes it look like it should be a (somewhat grim) stained glass window, or something.

I really like the design of his helmet and shield, fancy and imposing, without being over the top.

As ever, the details are so yummy, I could sit here soaking them in all day.

I really like it veb, maybe one of your best yet I think.. The arm looks a little too short and abit stiff is my only crit. How about a little tutorial on your new technique?

and stop drawing that same axe! :P

Man, you're my favorite Sijun artist Veb. Every time I click one of your threads I think to myself "this is going to be damn cool." And I'm never let down.

Very nice. It must be hard to see outta that helmet!!

I think that the texture you used on the lightsource, the moon, it is good. It helps steer it away from a smooth gradient CG look. I am assuming of course that this was done in PS, although those textures could be Painter... Looks like you spend some time getting texture right.

Cool shading on the guy, reminds of a Warhammer figure. I think the blood makes sense. I mean, what if he stumbled upon a bunch of evil zombies? Everybody knows that the ol' choppin axe is great against those pesky zombies.

I definetely like the direction your style is heading.
Great atmosphere in this, very monochromatic. I really like the rendering of the helmet it look very metallic and
I like the way the forest looks dead and deathly as though it's a place where life doesn't belong.
My only problem is with the hand and that it looks fat, the fingers look like sausages to me (sorry couldn't think of any other way to describe them).
