Hey, nice use of lush colors. Maybe a little vague, but that might be what you wanted? |

This is really cool. It's very expressive. I also love the colors and the depth. Keep it up |

Refine it more, and add detail.
Because you're base shapes seem reasonably perfect it would make an exceptional piece. |

hi everyone...
lunatique: thank you. the vague look was meant. i wanted to do something simple. just having the right shape at the right place without getting into too much details. that's it
the_monkey: thanks. made with painter. i might work on a tutorial soon. i'll keep you informed.
isric: a positive message from you means a lot. thanks.
darkglade: thanks for your comment. as i said earlier i didn't want to do some kind of photorealistic piece. it was more about catching my face and the atomosphere quickly. but i might work on some detailled selfportrait.
gecko: thank you very much. you know that feeling... when e.g you're painting on a canvas, and you just like how it is even if some will find an arguable unfinished look... i might be wrong, but sometimes i just feel like doing it this way...
zorglub: thank you man. (your nickname always makes me smile, i don't know why... where is it from again? an old movie, eh?)
greenpeach: thanks!
agent44: thank you very much.
burnout: thanks. well, i guess it's just the way i work when i paint using real media... i don't feel that i need to get too detailed... and you know, when you work on big canvas, it just would not be possible (at least for me... the lazy bum) to spend 1 hour on every squared inch/centimeter. to my eyes, it's just about getting the mood right... again i might be wrong
janne: THA(T)NKS!
daijoobu: thank you.
thank you all for the replies.
