Sorry I guess I got a little too emotional in my posts as well. I tried to write what I felt at the time so I would not lose my actual feelings. I will try to be more considerate next time.

This one is my favourite so far, probably because it is closer to the type of colour scheme I favour. The boxers are a great touch mind you. |

GG, I paint in all types of ways, but I like to paint places with strong lighting and moody atmospheres.----------LD |

Yo MrLuisDiaz
waytogo
something tells me that sirstudlymodugal isn't
as "indifferent" to the pieces as he would like
it to appear, or he wouldn't go to such
length trying to drive that idea home.

Wow Diaz, has anyone ever told you that modesty is a virtue and so is the ability to spell correctly?
You are a very talented artist but your ego could be trimmed back a bit. |

I love them all, but have a special kinda love for "Admit One". What are the odds that you have some frameable, poster-sized prints lying around?! I'll pay ya for one! Love it!!! |

I am going to see if I can do prints of my work in the near future, but for right now I don't have the resourses to make them without having to cut of one of my arms and a leg.
I do have comic book with it as a cover, but I am limited to a few.

Are personal baggages necessary in art? Yes and no.
For me, I paint abstract paintings, therefore the expression of my feeling is more abstract. But usually I have mixed feelings of hate and love, happiness and suffering. And some people praised these paintings because they're more interesting then the ones about one certain feelings. I think when you're making a piece of art about your personal matters, find some way to make people think about it instead of just admiring the structure, the color, or the technique.
I think I've found my favorite picture - the picture about hope. From the picture I can feel hope, and that makes me feel fuzzy inside. It's also not as direct as your other pictures, it made me think for a while.
By the way, I was curious about your age.. Do you mind if I ask you? |

Ach, It is true what you say and sometimes less can add more. I particularly liked the experience I got when I did the piece with the figure and the cornfield. It has a certain feeling that is quite different from the other pieces. Maybe it is because I like to draw interiors more often then outdoor settings. Thanks for the feedback. |
