Creative. However, the green in the middle of the rose is throwing me off. other than that, it looks splendid. Though.. the text doesn't work for me.. maybe something more symmetrical and uniform in width and... thicker. Like arial bold or impact?

Well it looks like you are getting there with it. A really busy and colorful piece but I guess that's what you were going for. ANyhow, you really need to look at the consistency of the elements you have.

For instance, you dont have a consistent casting of shadows. Some have them, some dont. I'd reccomend going with them.

Also the dancer in the upper right draws too much away from the flow of the pic. Your eyes are drawn to it while everything else in the bottom left becomes a jumble.

You really need something to bring everything together and draw the eyes along hte pic. Its a hard technique to master and I still struggle with my compositions too. Down at the bottom the wavy bar does a nice job of moving the eye along though the little guy seems sort of tossed on their like aa random sticker.

I think it has a lot of potential and it looks like you have put some effort into it. Sorry if I come across as bashing.

I'd say its too busy !
but thats just me

maybe make it more unity with variety
as my 2d design teacher puts it...
