I know a lot of people that are very excited about the Xbox including me but, My brother sent a link to me the other day of Resident Evil for the GameCube and this stuff looks great.

Check it out and see for yourself. When it comes time to buy I think both of these systems will be great!

The Gamecube has some damned impressive hardware. I've never been a huge fan of the Resident Evil franchise though. I was however, quite impressed when it was ported to the N64, full motion video and all. Thats not easy to do on a cartridge based system.  I'd spring for a Gamecube when it comes out over the X-Box, buuut, I'm not a huge fan of all the little-kid-esque games Nintendo makes. |

From what I hear Nintendo is going to stay away from kid type games or at least make more games for the mature adiences.
But still what do you guys think will you buy the Xbax or the GameCube and what did you think of the screen shots from the Resident Evil link? Don't just look at the first page! Go to the bottom of the screen and there are links to screen shots. I think they look evil as hell and are realy well done! |

Currently, I'm in the field for a Gamecube. I mean Resident Evil, Luigi, Mario, Metroid, Zelda, Super Smash Bros, Kameo, Rogue Leader 2, Wave Race... *shudders involuntarily*
Not that the XBox doesn't have it's lineup: Munch's Odyssee, Jet Set Radio Future, Halo, Unreal Tournament Extreme thingy...
It's a good time to be a gamer *grinz* |
