should prolly wash the hair.. it stuck like that when i tried to tear open tackles from it :Z
they're purple 'cause the camera's autogamma-adjusting broke, it started wobbling between green and blue tones and eventually settled into blowing the blue tones up sky high when i brought the camera near my hair. then it never returned to normal. now it can't focus to anything and the colors are stuck to red/purple.. i find this amusing.
