On the 8th of January, I leave on a well deserved holiday to the States and Canada.
I will be visiting, you guessed it, Savanah, L.A, Vancouver, Toronto and New York.
So I'd like some tips for those cities, eg. cool places to visit, kickass clubs to go to, etc etc. Ultimately, places in these cities not to be missed.
Also, it could be pretty interesting hooking up with some of you forum goers. It's all up to you . . .

check out the 'brass rail' in toronto. pay the extra 20 to get upstairs to the 'upper brass', its worth it. other than that, this citys pretty dry. unless your a sportsfan that is. |

i've been to toronto and new york.
my personal experiences are - new york: really crowded, pisses me off. toronto: can't find anything i wanted to and almost all the gas stations are diesel fuel. and if you try to pay in advance they ask you if you're foreign and you have to say yes because you are haha i had an arab guy go "are you foreign?" to me eheheh |

bring an umbrella to Vancouver hehe. kinda wet here and cold too. as for clubs? i don't know. i'm not much of a club person. one pub that i've been to was the blarney(sp?) stone. their's a bit of a dance floor. loud music and then every now and then there is a live band. they play some irish sort of stuff. pretty cool. hmm i know there is much more out here, just can't think of it now. |
