starglider2: I meant I used more layers than i usually do, inspired by spooge's use of them.
Vyle : love your colors!
sammyhall : tak!
just don't ask about that one, i think I'm confused enough already.

spooge, i get the feeling that id in general differs from ACCD styling. id overlaps with styling, but overall it's a different thing. many (a majority ?) industrial designers hate styling and can't work with surfaces.
i'm into refrigerators

these were all done in 10-15 minutes... I know they suck, but whatever.
A Crazy Cake
Some Lipstick
A Tissue Box
A Purple Cat
Some Toast
Yay for terribly fast and bad looking pictures! _________________ "my god, it's beautiful the way the crimson syrup drains away. the art in the knife as it lathers red milk. you are my canvas." -boys night out |

Aweomse everyone.. so much inspiration at once.. BRAIN ANURISM!
Spooge - My ID education is very very focused on traditional illustration of products (markers, ink, pastel, etc.) ... we mess arround in 3d (mostly for manufacturing), but it seems if you can do a great traditional image your clients are more wowed.
Thanx Wassup - you're stuff is great, I'm flattered you dig my concepts
BaronTieri - I forgot to tell you how much I like your latest portraits, Awesome!

Wassup >> very cool bot. Very convincing texture shininess
Zhuzhu >> hard work always pays, keep it up! Your girls are looking better each time
Spooge >> Definitely.... I think Berkey is possessing my wacom through some voodoo shiznit.... Whatever I try to paint in space ends up Berkeyish. Not sure if I should fight it, or go with it.
Love the texture on the head of your knight: when 2D creates the illusion of 3D
XIA>> really like your 021
A very speed quick fast super quick thing speed, coming back from watching Kill Bill
Have to go to bed now!

I was gonna have lunch but forgot it while painting this
one, dang still-lifes are funny to do. :)
I was doing an arrangement on my scanner with this
one, it is one of my red t-shirts and some stuff on it.
There are some chestnuts in the front and some
salt-shakers to the left.
I guess I am off for lunch now. :)

I'm in school, sorry for no pic this time.
I just wanted to say, Wassup, that last one is totally awesome. The feeling is there even if you had a problem with the lighting. Damn, at times like this, I feel my works really suck.
Great job!!
(edit: of course this went top page, uh.) |
